Welcome to truNorth Coaching.
Life takes on significance when an individual’s internal compass point is aligned with its true north setting. As we discover the guiding principles surrounding our intended purpose, we find confidence to live a full life. The truNorth name stems from the conviction that truth is neither beyond our reach nor without a clear course to discovery. Making that discovery creates a life awareness that releases us to reach our fullest potential.

In my capacity as a leader, I have passed through periods when I have lost my way. In my effort to regain a sense of direction, I have often sought out those who could provide me with relevant answers. However, I have come to realize that more important than having someone tell me the right answers is having someone who can ask the right questions.
At truNorth coaching, we are more about asking the questions that will draw you into making your own discoveries about your life’s direction than simply giving answers. We believe that solutions are best owned when discovered personally.
